This company had a lady call and not introduce herself and said you want new windows? I asked her what company name and she had trouble remembering and then said Energy Home Pros. Before I could schedule an appointment she hung up. When I called the customer service other lady she was equally as unhelpful and very snarky. Looks like they need some help in Customer Service and Sales calls. You can’t make a sale if you don’t get the appointment due to lousy marketing calls.
