Have to admit we were a little reluctant to keep our appointment considering we had been canceled on twice. That being said David arrived on time, he showed us everything about our windows and yours. Also explained why sometimes appointments get canceled and wasn’t defensive, just honest. I appreciated that. I also appreciated that it was late evening and he didn’t try to rush, BIG plus ALL of the dogs liked him right away , they usually don’t like new people. Hopefully we can get our new windows finalized.
